インド最高裁判所

インド最高裁判所（インドさいこうさいばんしょ、英: Supreme Court of India, Apex Court of India）は、インド憲法下における最上級上訴裁判所であり、違憲審査権を有する最上級の裁判所である。最高裁判所長官及びその他30人の裁判官で構成されており、第一審及び上訴審の管轄権や、大統領の諮問に対して意見を述べる助言管轄権など、広範な権限を有している。[1]
