アルデヒドデヒドロゲナーゼ (アルデヒド脱水素酵素、Aldehyde dehydrogenase, ALDH; EC 1.2.1.3)はアルデヒドからカルボン酸への酸化反応を触媒する酵素群およびそれをコードする遺伝子群である[2][3]。生物一般に存在し、基質である有害なアルデヒドを代謝することで多くの生理的機能を持つ[3][4]。
