オープンソース‐ライセンス【open source license】

読み方：おーぷんそーすらいせんす

オープンソースソフトウエアのライセンス（使用許諾条件）の一。ソースコードを公開し、誰もが改良や機能追加、再配布できるよう定めたものを指す。OSSライセンス。

[補説] 派生的に作られたソフトウエアについては、同様のライセンスを適用するか、または、ソースコードを非公開にして独占的に利用するか、ライセンスにより対応が異なる。→コピーレフト

オープンソースライセンス

【英】:Open source License

ソースコードの添付または入手可能性の保証を絶対条件として、ソフトウェアの配布や利用の許諾を行うライセンス（利用許諾契約）のこと。
商用利用を認めるか否か、作者名や商標の表示を条件とするか否か、改変したソースコードの配布を認めるか否かなどにより、さまざまな種類のオープンソースライセンスが存在している。
ソフトウェアの原作者がどのようなライセンスを採用するかは自由だが、採用するライセンスの種類によって、ユーザーの再配布行為が制限されたり、ほかのソフトウェアとの組み合わせ利用が制限されたりすることに注意しなければならない。
オープンソースライセンスの統一的な定義は存在しないが、FSFによるGPLや、The Open Source Initiative（OSI）によるOSDなどが代表的なライセンスの定義として使われている。

オープンソースライセンス（英: open-source license）は、ソフトウェアやそのソースコード、ブループリント、設計書の利用、修正、頒布を認めるソフトウェアライセンスの総称である[1][2]。「広義のオープンソースソフトウェア」に課せられる「ソフトウェアライセンス」を指し、オープンソースのライセンス、フリーソフトウェアのライセンスを包括する。
