Googleファイバーとは、米国Googleが提供しているISP（インターネットサービス・プロバイダ）の名称である。2012年11月に提供が開始された。
Googleファイバーは、一般家庭を光ファイバーで接続するFTTHを提供する。通信速度は上り・下りと共に最大1Gbpsとされる。GoogleファイバーのWebサイトでは「従来のブロードバンドの100倍の速さ」（a connection speed 100 times faster than today's broadband）と紹介されている。
Googleファイバーは2010年にプロジェクトがアナウンスされ、2012年11月にカンザス州とミズーリ州にまたがるカンザスシティで開始された。2013年4月には、ユタ州プロボでも提供を開始すると発表されている。

Google Fiberとはテキサス州オースティン、カンザス州カンザスシティ、ミズーリ州カンザスシティとノースカンザスシティ、ユタ州プロボにて光有線通信を使った実験的なブロードバンドインターネット・ブロードバンドインターネット接続を構築するプロジェクトである[1]。
