ToBase64CharArray メソッドと ToBase64String メソッドは、8 ビット符号なし整数配列の値を、base 64 の数字で構成される等価の文字列形式に変換します。この文字列形式には、1 つ以上の改行を含めることができます。この改行は、復帰文字 (U+000D) とその後に続くライン フィード文字 (U+000A) として定義されます。
