プロテインキナーゼA (protein kinase A、PKA、EC 2.7.11.11) は、酵素活性が細胞内の環状アデノシン一リン酸 (cAMP) の濃度に依存するプロテインキナーゼのファミリーであり、cAMP依存性プロテインキナーゼ (cAMP-dependent protein kinase) としても知られる。PKAは、グリコーゲン、糖、脂質の代謝の調節を含む、いくつかの機能を持っている。
