メアリー・フローラ・ベル（Mary Flora Bell, 1957年5月26日 - ）[3]は、イングランドの殺人犯である。1968年、彼女はニューカッスル・アポン・タイン(Newcastle upon Tyne)の郊外にあるスコッツウッド(Scotswood)にて、2人の少年を殺害した[4]。1人目を殺したときのメアリーは10歳であった。どちらの事件でも、彼女は犠牲者たちに対して「（彼らの）喉に痛みが走っている」と告げ、彼らを殺す前にその首に按摩を施していた[5]。1968年12月、11歳のメアリー・ベルはニューカッスル巡回裁判に出席し、両方の殺人で有罪判決を受けたが、「責任能力が低下していた」と判断され、故殺罪（殺意なくして不法に人を殺害した罪）で有罪判決[6]ならびに終身刑を宣告された[4]。また、メアリーの共犯者だった13歳の少女は全ての容疑で無罪を宣告された[4]。
