テロメラーゼ (英: telomerase) は、真核生物の染色体末端(テロメア)の特異的反復配列を伸長させる酵素。テロメア伸長のテンプレート(鋳型)となるRNA構成要素と逆転写酵素活性を持つ触媒サブユニットおよびその他の制御サブユニットによって構成されている[1][2][3][4][5]。
