ジヌー（XenuあるいはXemu（発音は/ˈziːnuː/[1][2][3]））は、サイエントロジーの創設者でSF作家のL・ロン・ハバードによると、「銀河連合」のかつての独裁者で、七千五百万年前に何十億[4]という市民をダグラス DC-8に似た宇宙船で地球に連れて来て、火山のふもとに積み上げて、水素爆弾で殺した。サイエントロジーは「殺害はしたものの、これら多くの人々の精は残っており、現代になって生じてきた人間は、元からいた人間たちにスピリチュアルな害を与えている」ということを信じている[1][5]。サイエントロジー教会のメンバーはジヌーの物語を広く否定し、隠そうとしている[6][7]。
