封入体 [Inclusion]

　ウイルス感染における細胞内封入体(intracellular inclusion)を指す場合が多い。ウイルスに感染した細胞内にみられる特徴的な細胞構造をいう。タバコモザイクウイルスに感染したタバコの細胞で初めて認められた。封入体にはウイルス粒子が規則正しく配列する結晶状の封入体と微小な球形、長球形または円筒形で内部に空胞をもつ顆粒状封入体がある。また、宿主細胞の細胞質にできる場合と核内にできる場合がある。
