ジャグリングのパターンを紙の上に表記する方法のこと。ダイアグラムを使った表記法や、数列を使うサイトスワップ表記法などが有名である。 ジャグリングノーテーションの本来の目的は複雑なパターンを簡単に人に伝える事であるが、ノーテーションを使って新しいパターンを作り出す事にも少なからず貢献している。ただジャグリングの全ての側面を余すところなく表現するような（なおかつ簡単な）ノーテーションは存在しない。
