ウォルト・ディズニーは、このシリーズの全57作を監督・制作した。アニメーションはウォルト・ディズニーにより行われ、時々ローリン・"ハム"・ハミルトンの助けを借りて行われた。シリーズを通して4人の女優がアリスを演じている。ヴァージニア・デイヴィス（15回）、マギー・ゲイ（31回）、ドーン・オデイ（1回）、ロイス・ハードウィック（10回）。ジャングルの映画『アリス』には、ヴァージニア・デイヴィスのアーカイブ映像のみ収録されている。 このシリーズの短編映画は現在全てパブリックドメインになっている。2000年、Inkwell ImagesはAlice in Cartoonland – The Original Alice Comedies by Walt DisneyをVHSで販売し、2007年にはドキュメンタリー、ポスター・ギャラリー、DVD ROMを含む10本の映画のGolden Classicsシリーズの一部としてDVDで販売された。2007年にKit Parker FilmsはAlice in Cartoonland: The 35mm Collector's Setという別のDVDを販売した。2005年と2007年にはウォルト・ディズニー・トレジャーズのシリーズの一部として10の短編が販売されている。7つは2005年に販売されたDisney
