チェーカーまたはチェカー(ロシア語: Чека́; IPA: [tɕɪˈka][2]、ラテン文字表記:Cheka[1])は、ソビエト・ロシア初期の秘密警察組織である反革命・サボタージュ取締全ロシア非常委員会(Всероссийская чрезвычайная комиссия по борьбе с контрреволюцией и саботажем)、ラテン文字表記:Vserossiyskaya chrezvychaynaya komissiya po bor'be s kontrrevolyutsiyey i sabotazhem、略称VChK(ヴェチェカー)(ロシア語: ВЧК; IPA: [vɛ tɕe ˈka][2])の通称である[3][4][注 1]。
