オリヤー語（オリヤーご、ଓଡ଼ିଆ, oṛiā, オリアー）とは、インドの公用語の一つで、東インドのオリッサ州の公用語。インド・ヨーロッパ語族インド語派東部語群に属し、ベンガル語、アッサム語などと近い関係にある。西ベンガル州にも話者が相当数いる。西インドグジャラート州の都市スーラトではオリッサ州からの労働者の増加によりインドで二番目にオリヤー語話者の多い町になった。インド憲法の第8付則に定められた22の指定言語のひとつである。
