創傷(そうしょう、英: trauma, wounds, burns)は、外的、内的要因によって起こる体表組織の物理的な損傷を指す。創(そう)と傷(しょう)という異なるタイプの損傷をまとめて指す総称である。日常語では、体以外の物に対するものも含めて傷(きず)と呼ばれる。 その形状や原因(機転)などによって擦過傷、切創、裂創、刺創 等々に分類している。
