化膿性汗腺炎

化膿性汗腺炎（かのうせいかんせんえん、英語: Hidradenitis suppurativa; HS ）は、反対型ざ瘡としても知られる、炎症を起こして腫れたしこりの発生を特徴とする長期の皮膚疾患^[2]^[3]。これらは一般に痛みを伴い、破れ、液体または膿を放出する^[5]。最も一般的に発症する領域は、腋窩、胸の下、および径部 ^[1]^[5]。治癒後も瘢痕組織が残る。自意識過剰または抑うつが生じることがある。また、有棘細胞癌の発生母地となる可能性が指摘されている^[6]。
