アシミレーションとは？ 「アシミレーション」（Assimilation）とは、直訳すると「融和」「同化」の意味。組織開発の手法の一つで、具体的にはチームのリーダーとメンバー間の相互理解を深め、関係構築を促進する仕組みを指します。チームに新しいマネジャーが着任したときなどに用いられることが多く、メンバーと新任のリーダーとの融合を図るために、上司抜きで上司について語り合う場を設け、その議論の内容を匿名で上司にフィードバックするのが、アシミレーションの一般的なやり方です。
