感謝（かんしゃ、英:Gratitude,thankfulness, gratefulness）とは、優しさ、贈り物、手助け、好意、その他の厚情を受けた人物がそれらを施してくれた贈り主に向けて示す、ありがたいという気持ちやその感情を表すポジティブな反応である[1][2]。

- ^ こうした義務的な見返りを期待したような施しが行われた場合、日本では「恩を売る」「恩を着せる（恩着せがましい）」といった表現がしばしば使われる。
- ^ 反社会的行動の対義語に当たるもので、「他者の身体的・心理的幸福を配慮し、ある程度の出費を覚悟して、自由意志から他者に恩恵を与える為になされる行動」[11][12][13]と定義されている。
