名前付きイベントに現在適用されている規則の一覧を取得するには、EventWaitHandle.GetAccessControl メソッドを使用して EventWaitHandleSecurity オブジェクトを取得し、その GetAccessRules メソッドを使用して EventWaitHandleAccessRule オブジェクトのコレクションを取得します。
