ノードにデータが動的に設定される場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。既定値は false です。

データのサイズやカスタム コンテンツがユーザーの入力に依存する場合もあるため、ツリー構造をあらかじめ静的に定義するのは現実的ではありません。このため、TreeView コントロールは動的なノード ポピュレーションをサポートしています。ノードの PopulateOnDemand プロパティが true に設定されたノードは、実行時にノードが展開された時点でポストバック イベントによってデータが設定されます。ノードにデータを動的に設定するには、ノードにデータを設定するイベント処理メソッドをTreeNodePopulate イベントに定義する必要があります。
サポートされているブラウザでもクライアント側のノード ポピュレーションを実行できます。クライアント側のノード ポピュレーションを有効にすると、ノードの展開時に TreeView コントロールを使用してクライアントのノードにデータを動的に設定でき、サーバーにポストバックする必要がなくなります。クライアント側のノード ポピュレーションの詳細については、「PopulateNodesFromClient」を参照してください。
