ヘリコプターのメイン・ローター(英: main rotor)またはローター系統(ローターけいとう、英: rotor system)は、数枚の回転する翼(ローター・ブレード)に操縦系統を組み合わせ、ヘリコプターの重量を支える揚力と空気抵抗に打ち勝って前方に進む推力を生み出す。メイン・ローターは、ヘリコプターから垂直に伸びたマストに取り付けられる。一方、テール・ローターは、テール・ブームに配置され、ドライブシャフトおよびギアボックスを介して駆動される。ブレード・ピッチの制御は、ヘリコプターの操縦装置に接続されているスワッシュ・プレートによって行われるのが一般的である。ヘリコプターは回転翼機の1つの形態であり、その名前は「らせん」を意味する「ヘリコ」と「翼」を意味する「プタロン」というギリシャ語に由来している。
