ONE Championship（ワン・チャンピオンシップ）は、東南アジアを中心に活動する多国籍格闘技団体。代表はチャトリ・シットヨートン。2011年に総合格闘技団体としてシンガポールで設立され、2018年よりムエタイとキックボクシングルールの試合を導入。略称は、ONE。

歴史

チャトリ・シットヨートン。タイ出身。ONE Championshipの創設者、会長、最高経営責任者。

2011年7月14日にチャトリ・シットヨートンとビクター・キュイ（英語版）によって総合格闘技団体としてシンガポールで「ONE Fighting Championship」名義で設立し、9月3日に第1回大会をシンガポール・インドア・スタジアムで開催。2012年10月6日より王座の認定を開始。

2015年1月に「ONE Championship」に改称し、2016年5月16日より女子王座の認定を開始。

2016年にシンガポールの政府系投資ファンドであるテマセク・ホールディングスから約1億ドルを調達し、2017年にはセコイア・キャピタルから1億6600万ドルの出資を受け、約2億7000万ドル（約300億円）の資金を集める^[1]^[2]。

2018年4月にムエタイとキックボクシングルールの試合を導入し、5月にムエタイ王座、7月にキックボクシング王座の認定を開始。10月には世界王座が懸かった初のプロボクシングの試合を開催した。2019年1月25日に修斗、3月14日にはパンクラスとパートナーシップ契約を提携。3月31日に初の日本大会を開催。

2022年1月に共同創設者のビクター・キュイが辞任^{[注 1]}。2023年5月5日にコロラド州で初のアメリカ合衆国での大会を開催。アメリカで総合格闘技の試合を行う際はユニファイドルールのみが認められている中で、ONE Championshipルールでの実施をコロラド州アスレチック・コミッションにより承認され、試合を行った^[3]。

ルール

ユニファイドルールにPRIDEルールをミックスさせた独自ルールを採用し、グラウンドポジションでの頭部への膝蹴りは認めているが、サッカーボールキックおよび踏みつけは禁止している^{[注 2]}。試合は5分3ラウンド、タイトルマッチは5分5ラウンドで、ジャッジは各ラウンドごとにの採点ではなく試合全体を通して採点する。

試合場に円形のケージを使用し、2018年4月20日から5本ロープのリングも使用している。2018年10月6日に行われたプロボクシングのシーサケット・ソー・ルンヴィサイのWBC世界スーパーフライ級王座の防衛戦でも5本ロープのリングを使用した。

階級設定

ネバダ州アスレチック・コミッション（NSAC）が制定する体重別階級とは異なり、選手の平常時の体重に基づいた独自の階級区分を設定している。2015年12月11日に契約選手であったヤン・ジェンビンが減量中に脱水症状とそれに起因して起きた心臓発作により死亡したことを受けて、計量前に体から水分を抜く「水抜き」による減量が禁止された。尿比重検査（ハイドレーションテスト）を義務付け、各階級の規定体重をNSAC基準よりも1階級上に設定している。
