フランソワ・デュヴァリエ（フランス語: François Duvalier、1907年4月14日 - 1971年4月21日）は、ハイチの政治家。医師として名声を得て「パパ・ドク」という愛称で親しまれ、大衆的な人気を背景にして同国の大統領に当選するも就任後は独裁者となってブードゥー教を利用した個人崇拝を行い、民兵組織トントン・マクートで政敵を粛清し、およそ3万人のハイチ人が死亡したといわれ、それを逃れて亡命した知識人たちがハイチには戻ることはなかった。1964年から終身大統領となり、また、息子のジャン＝クロードにその地位を引き継がせ、親子で30年近くにも及んだ支配はデュヴァリエ王朝と呼ばれた。
