ダントロレン（Dantrolene）とは筋弛緩薬の一つである。リアノジン受容体を遮断[1]して横行小管から筋小胞体への興奮の伝達過程を遮断することにより筋小胞体からのCa2+の遊離を抑制し、筋弛緩を引き起こす[2]。商品名ダントリウム。
