インテグリン（英: integrin）は、細胞表面の原形質膜にあるタンパク質で、細胞接着分子である。細胞外マトリックスのレセプターとして細胞 - 細胞外マトリックスの細胞接着（細胞基質接着）の主役である。また細胞 - 細胞の接着にも関与する。タンパク質分子としては、α鎖とβ鎖の2つのサブユニットからなるヘテロダイマーであり、異なるα鎖、β鎖が多数存在し、多様な組み合わせが可能である。
