ニコポリス・アド・イストルム (ギリシア語: Νικόπολις ἡ πρὸς Ἴστρον ブルガリア語: Никополис ад Иструм ラテン語: Nicopolis ad Istrum または Nicopolis ad Iatrum)[1][2]は、ローマ帝国と初期のビザンティン帝国時代の都市である。102年にトラヤヌス帝によってトラキア属州に建設された後、7世紀にアヴァール人とスラヴ人の侵略までモエシア・インフェリオル属州の都市として存在した。
