英国高等領事裁判所（The British Supreme Court for China and Japan）は、中国、日本、及び朝鮮で発生した英国民に対する訴訟及び領事裁判の上告を処理するために、1865年に上海共同租界に設立された上級裁判所 ^[1] 。

^ 陸奥宗光外相のとき、青木周蔵駐英公使の尽力で同公使とイギリス外相（外務および英連邦大臣）初代キンバーリー伯爵ジョン・ウォードハウス（en）の間で調印された日英通商航海条約の規定による。調印から5年を経過した1899年、日本では内地雑居が実施にうつされた。
