カール・リッター(Karl Ritter、1888年11月7日 - 1977年4月7日)は、ドイツの映画プロデューサー、映画監督で、ナチス・ドイツの多数のプロパガンダ映画を手がけたことで知られる。それ以前には、ドイツにおける最初期の軍用機パイロットのひとりであった。後年は、ほとんどの時間をアルゼンチンで過ごした。
