エアフォースワン（英語: Air Force One）は、アメリカ合衆国大統領が搭乗した際にアメリカ空軍機が使用するコールサイン。大統領が搭乗していない時や、大統領の任期が飛行中に終了した時[注 1]は、その機体がアメリカ合衆国大統領専用機であっても、このコールサインは使われない。航空交通管制においてアメリカ大統領搭乗機を明確にする目的で用いられる。

- ^ 映画「エアフォース・ワン」では、大統領が乗り移ってきたのを確認した輸送機パイロットが、自機に付与されたコールサインを「エアフォースワン」に切り替えて無線交信するシーンがある。これは定義上正しい描写であると同時に、死亡したと思われていた大統領の救出に成功し、大統領が生存していることの宣言という演出となっている。
- ^ 第35代大統領ジョン・F・ケネディの暗殺を受けて、副大統領リンドン・ジョンソンは、往路にケネディが搭乗し、ワシントンD.C.へ帰る飛行機の中で離陸前に大統領の就任宣誓をした。この飛行機は、ジョンソンが搭乗した時点では「エアフォースツー」であり、就任宣誓が完了した瞬間から「エアフォースワン」のコールサインの使用が可能となった。
