陶芸（とうげい、英: Pottery）とは、粘土を成形して高温で焼成することにより陶磁器などを作る技術のこと。陶磁器以外にも種類はある。焼きものとも呼ばれる。生業として陶芸を行う者を陶工もしくは陶芸家と呼ぶ。
