ペドフィリア（英: pedophilia）とは、成人もしくは思春期後期による優先的もしくは排他的な二次性徴前の児童に対して性欲を抱く精神障害のことである[1][2]。精神医学で定義された性嗜好障害のひとつ。略して俗にペドと呼称される。類義語には小児性愛（しょうにせいあい）・小児愛（しょうにあい）・児童性愛（じどうせいあい）・婉曲的に幼児好き（ようじずき）がある。思春期の子どもへの性的嗜好はエフェボフィリア（英: ephebophilia）という。
