デレク・アンド・ザ・ドミノス（Derek and the Dominos）は、アメリカのロックバンド。1970年にエリック・クラプトン、ボビー・ウィットロック、カール・レイドル、ジム・ゴードンによって結成された。4人はデラニー&ボニー&フレンズで活動を共にしていた。初期のスタジオセッションおよび初のステージにはデイヴ・メイソンがリードギターで参加している。この他に、バンドの初のセッションにはジョージ・ハリスンが参加した。デレク・アンド・ザ・ドミノスの結成は、ハリスンの『オール・シングス・マスト・パス』のレコーディングがきっかけでもあった。
