シトクロムP450 2D6 (CYP2D6) はシトクロムP450 (CYP) の分子種の一種であり、人体に存在する生体異物を代謝する酵素の主要なものの1つである。主要な薬剤としてはタモキシフェン、フルボキサミン、コデインなどがCYP2D6による代謝を受ける。またCYP2D6により生物活性化される生体内物質が多く有る。
