ルキウス・セプティミウス・セウェルス（ラテン語: Lucius Septimius Severus、146年 4月11日 - 211年 2月4日^[1]）は、ローマ帝国の皇帝（在位：193年 4月9日 - 211年 2月4日）である。セウェルス朝の創始者であり、アフリカ属州生まれ（属州民ではない）の皇帝となったカルタゴ人である。
