アメリカ欧州・アフリカ陸軍（アメリカおうしゅう・あふりかりくぐん、United States Army Europe and Africa: USAREUR-AF）は、アメリカ欧州軍（EUCOM）及びアメリカアフリカ軍（AFRICOM）の管轄に対応するアメリカ陸軍の陸軍統合軍構成コマンドで戦域陸軍[2]。かつては、陸軍の野戦軍としては第7軍（だいななぐん、Seventh U.S. Army）として知られていた。
