ヒトヘルペスウイルス6 (Human herpesvirus 6; HHV-6)は、ヒトを主要な宿主とするヘルペスウイルス9種のうち[1]Human betaherpesvirus 6A (HHV-6A)およびHuman betaherpesvirus 6B (HHV-6B)の2種の総称である。ウイルス学上はともにベータヘルペスウイルス亜科ロゼオロウイルス属に所属させる。
