解説

Updating イベントを処理して、SqlDataSource コントロールで更新操作を実行する前に、アプリケーションに固有の追加の初期化操作、パラメータの値の検証、またはパラメータ値の変更を実行します。イベントハンドラのデリゲートが呼び出された時点では、基になるデータソースへの接続は開いていません。したがって、SqlDataSourceCommandEventArgs オブジェクトによって公開される DbCommand オブジェクトの Cancel メソッドを呼び出して、直接 Update データベース操作をキャンセルすることはできません。ただし、SqlDataSourceCommandEventArgs の Cancel プロパティを true に設定することにより、データベース操作をキャンセルできます。

使用例

DropDownList コントロールで、Microsoft SQL Server データベースから取得したデータを表示し、TextBox コントロールを使用してレコードを更新する方法を次のコード例に示します。この例は、SqlDataSource コントロールを使用したデータの更新時に、DbTransaction オブジェクトを使用してトランザクションのコンテキストを追加する方法を示しています。
