風下住民

風下住民（かざしもじゅうみん。風下の住民[1]（かざしものじゅうみん）、風下の人々[2][1]（かざしものひとびと）とも。英語: downwinders または downwind people[3]）とは、大気や地下核実験、そして原子力事故による放射能汚染や放射性降下物にさらされている個人や地域社会を指す。
