ロバート・マクスウェル（Ian Robert Maxwell, 1923年6月10日 - 1991年11月5日）は、イギリスの実業家・国会議員。貧しい移民の身から一代でメディア帝国を築き上げたメディア王として知られ、ルパート・マードックの長年のライバルだった。
