リチャード・チャールズ・ロジャース（Richard Charles Rodgers, 1902年6月28日 - 1979年12月30日）は、アメリカ合衆国の作曲家。ミュージカルの作曲で広く知られる。ブロードウェイ・ミュージカル43作品、「900曲以上を作曲」しており、20世紀のアメリカの作曲家の中でも有名な1人に数えられ、彼の楽曲はポピュラー音楽の発展に貢献した。なお、R&Bシンガーのリチャード・ロジャースとは、同名異人である[1]。代表曲には「マイ・ファニー・ヴァレンタイン」「10番街の殺人」「魅惑の宵」「ザ・サウンド・オブ・ミュージック」「ドレミの歌」など、多くの楽曲がある。
