インバリアント カルチャは、InvariantCulture プロパティから返される CultureInfo オブジェクトです。
実際には、InvariantCulture プロパティは、StringComparer クラスから派生した匿名クラスのインスタンスを返します。

StringComparer クラスのプロパティおよび Create メソッドを使ったコード例を次に示します。この例は、StringComparer オブジェクトによって 3 種類のラテン文字「I」がそれぞれどのように並べ替えられるかを示しています。
