心的時間旅行(しんてきじかんりょこう、英: Mental time travel)とは、心理学において過去の個人的な出来事を心の中で再構築する(エピソード記憶)だけでなく、未来に起こりうるシナリオを想像する(エピソード的な予見力/エピソード的未来思考)能力を指す。
