ランカスター郡（英: Lancaster County、地元では [ˈlæŋkəstər]）は、アメリカ合衆国ペンシルベニア州の南東部に位置する郡である。人口は55万2984人（2020年）[1]。郡庁所在地はランカスターであり、同郡で人口最大の都市である。
