チェンバーズバーグ（英: Chambersburg）は、アメリカ合衆国ペンシルベニア州の町（ボロ）。フランクリン郡の郡庁所在地である。人口は2万1903人（2020年）。州都ハリスバーグの南西84キロメートルに位置している。フランクリン郡全体を含むチェンバーズバーグ都市圏の中核である。
