エリ・コーヘン（Eli Cohen、ヘブライ語: אלי כהן）として広く知られた、エリヤフ・ベン＝シャウル・コーヘン（Eliyahu Ben-Shaul Cohen、ヘブライ語: אֱלִיָּהוּ בֵּן שָׁאוּל כֹּהֵן、 アラビア語: إيلي كوهين、1924年12月26日 - 1965年5月18日）は、イスラエルのスパイ。1961年から1965年にかけてシリアでスパイ活動を行ったことがよく知られており、当時のコーヘンはシリアの政治や軍事の中枢部と親密な関係を結び、国防大臣の首席顧問にもなっていた。
