解説解説

ICollection オブジェクト内のキー順序指定されていませんが、関連付けられている値が、Values プロパティから返されICollection オブジェクト内で並べられている順序と同じです。

返される ICollection静的コピーではありません。代わりに、この ICollection は、元の DictionaryBase オブジェクト内のキー参照します。そのため、DictionaryBase対す変更は、返される ICollection にも反映されます。

このプロパティ値を取得することは、O(1) 操作なります
