ミトラィユーズ

ミトラィユーズ(フランス語:Mitrailleuse、発音[mitʁajøz])とは、フランスにおいて一般的にライフル弾を高効率かつ連続で射撃する武器を総称する単語である。したがって、フランス語で“Mitrailleuse”と言った場合は現代的な全自動火器も含まれる。しかし、英語で“mitrailleuse”とする場合は、ライフル弾を用いた多銃身斉発砲のことをあらわす。
