リボヌクレアーゼH: ribonuclease H、略称: RNase H/RNH)は、配列非特異的エンドヌクレアーゼのファミリーであり、RNA:DNAハイブリッド基質中のRNAの加水分解による切断を触媒する。リボヌクレアーゼHファミリーのメンバーは、細菌古細菌から真核生物までほぼすべての生物に存在する。
