HttpListener クラスを使用して、HTTP 要求に応答する単純な HTTP プロトコルリスナを作成できます。このリスナは、HttpListener オブジェクトの有効期間中はアクティブで、アプリケーション内でアプリケーションのアクセス許可を使用して実行されます。
