菓子（かし）は、食事以外の嗜好品として食べる食品[1]。お菓子。一般に、穀類の粉を練り焼く、あるいは蒸すなどしたビスケットや饅頭、糖質を主体としたキャンディやチョコレート類、アイスクリームなどの冷凍菓子などを総合し、菓子と分類されている。
